0002 Underground dance in latex

In a subway station surrounded by glass and steel, I discovered that ballet in latex could speak louder than words — elegance and rebellion intertwined in a place built for motion.

My second photoshoot took place in an unexpected setting — deep within a subway station, surrounded by glass walls and cold, geometric light. I wore sleek latex leggings, a crisp white men’s business shirt, and a short black skater skirt underneath. The mix felt bold and slightly rebellious, like stepping out of the traditional ballet world into something raw and urban. The smooth latex mirrored the sterile surroundings, while the oversized shirt softened the look, giving me freedom to move and express myself. My pointe shoes grounded me, a constant reminder of discipline and precision, even in this unfamiliar space.

As I moved through the corridor, I played with the rhythm of the place — the reflections on the floor, the hum of distant trains, the symmetry of the lights above me. Each pose felt like a statement against routine: elegance in a world built for movement, poetry in steel and concrete. This shoot wasn’t just about fashion or dance; it was about contrast — softness in structure, grace in a mechanical world. I began to see how my art could exist anywhere, transforming even the most functional spaces into a stage.

Ma deuxième séance photo s’est déroulée dans un lieu inattendu — une station de métro, entourée de murs de verre et d’une lumière froide et régulière. Je portais un legging en latex brillant, une chemise blanche d’homme et une jupe patineuse noire en dessous. Ce mélange donnait une allure audacieuse, presque provocante, entre élégance classique et modernité urbaine. Le latex reflétait la lumière métallique, tandis que la chemise fluide apportait une douceur et une liberté de mouvement. Mes pointes restaient le fil conducteur, symbole de ma rigueur de danseuse au cœur de cet espace industriel.

À mesure que je dansais le long du couloir, j’ai ressenti le rythme du lieu — le silence ponctué de résonances, les jeux de lumière, la symétrie du décor. Chaque pose devenait un dialogue entre la grâce et la structure, entre le geste et l’architecture. Ce shooting n’était pas seulement une expérience esthétique, mais une exploration : celle de trouver la beauté dans l’improbable, de faire du béton et du verre une scène où la danse et le latex deviennent langage.

Mein zweites Shooting fand an einem ungewöhnlichen Ort statt – tief unten im U-Bahnhof, umgeben von Glaswänden, kühlem Licht und klarer Architektur. Ich trug glänzende Latex-Leggings, ein weißes Männerhemd und darunter einen schwarzen Skaterrock. Diese Kombination fühlte sich mutig und leicht rebellisch an – wie ein Schritt aus der klassischen Ballettwelt in eine moderne, urbane Kulisse. Das Latex spiegelte das Licht und die Linien der Umgebung wider, während das Hemd Bewegungsfreiheit und Kontrast schuf. Meine Spitzenschuhe hielten mich geerdet – sie standen für Disziplin, selbst wenn alles um mich herum fremd und technisch wirkte.

Mit jedem Schritt nahm ich die Atmosphäre des Raums auf – das Echo auf dem Boden, die Reflexionen, das gleichmäßige Licht über mir. Ich begann, den Ort als Bühne zu begreifen, auf der ich mit Haltung und Bewegung Geschichten erzähle. Dieses Shooting war mehr als nur ein Experiment: Es zeigte mir, dass Anmut überall existieren kann, auch inmitten von Beton, Glas und Metall. Ballett in Latex – ein Spiel aus Gegensätzen, das mich selbst immer wieder überrascht.
