Je commence par le maquillage, qui change d\u00e9j\u00e0 quelque chose dans ma fa\u00e7on de penser. Chaque \u00e9tape ajoute de la d\u00e9finition. Quand j\u2019ai termin\u00e9, mon visage se sent aussi conscient que ma posture.
\nLa cagoule vient ensuite. La mettre en place sur ma t\u00eate change l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re imm\u00e9diatement. Le monde devient l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus silencieux. Les sons s\u2019adoucissent. Ma concentration se resserre. Tout ce qui est \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur de l\u2019appartement perd de son importance.
\nLe col blanc vient en dernier. Il compl\u00e8te le look d\u2019une mani\u00e8re qui semble intentionnelle. Le contraste entre le blanc et le noir est net et pr\u00e9cis. Il ajoute une formalit\u00e9 \u00e0 la tenue que le catsuit seul ne porte pas.
\nPuis je me mets en mouvement. Mes wedges de ballet blancs changent la fa\u00e7on dont je me d\u00e9place. Ma posture s\u2019ajuste automatiquement. Ma colonne s\u2019allonge, mes \u00e9paules se posent, mes pas deviennent plus r\u00e9fl\u00e9chis. L\u2019appartement devient un espace diff\u00e9rent quand je le traverse ainsi.
\nIl n\u2019y a pas de destination. Le rituel est enti\u00e8rement pour moi. Mais il y a quand m\u00eame une qualit\u00e9 de performance, une conscience tranquille de la forme et de la pr\u00e9sence. Certaines tenues, on les enfile.
