Le fait de m\u2019entra\u00eener en dehors d\u2019un studio professionnel changeait d\u00e9j\u00e0 l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re. L\u2019environnement \u00e9tait plus personnel, moins standardis\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Travailler sur pointes sur un sol ordinaire, et non sur un v\u00e9ritable plancher de danse, repr\u00e9sente un d\u00e9fi. L\u2019adh\u00e9rence est diff\u00e9rente, les sensations \u00e0 travers la chaussure changent et la stabilit\u00e9 devient moins pr\u00e9visible. J\u2019ai \u00e9galement constat\u00e9 que le body en latex laissait une l\u00e9g\u00e8re trace huileuse sur le sol, ce qui le rendait encore plus glissant.<\/p>\n

Avec cette friction r\u00e9duite, chaque mouvement devait \u00eatre ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 avec intention. Chaque relev\u00e9, chaque transition, chaque transfert de poids n\u00e9cessitait un contr\u00f4le pr\u00e9cis. Il n\u2019y avait aucune place pour des gestes automatiques. Une seconde d\u2019inattention suffisait pour risquer de glisser. Cette s\u00e9ance m\u2019a rappel\u00e9 \u00e0 quel point la technique sur pointes d\u00e9pend de l\u2019adh\u00e9rence du sol.<\/p>\n

Le body color\u00e9 \u00e9tait assez serr\u00e9 sur le haut du corps. Cette compression me rappelait de stabiliser mon centre et d\u2019activer consciemment mes muscles profonds. Sur un sol glissant, cette activation \u00e9tait essentielle. Sans un centre stable, l\u2019\u00e9quilibre aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 imm\u00e9diatement compromis.<\/p>\n

La combinaison de la tension du latex et de l\u2019instabilit\u00e9 du sol a renforc\u00e9 ma conscience corporelle. J\u2019ai per\u00e7u plus clairement les mouvements et les formes du haut du corps. L\u2019alignement des \u00e9paules, le placement des bras et l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9vation de la colonne vert\u00e9brale \u00e9taient plus nets dans ma perception.
